报告人简介：Hans-Josef Schulze博士是核物理和天体物理方面的国际著名物理学家。现为意大利核物理研究院-卡塔尼亚分部研究员，《Physical Review》,《Nuclear Physics》, 《Physics Letters》, 《Astronomy and Astrophysics》等国际重要期刊的审稿人及多次国际会议的组织者。Hans-Josef Schulze博士主要研究方向为强相互作用的Brueckner 理论、超核、核物质与夸克物质以及中子星结构等，在国际期刊上已发表论文80余篇，被引用次数2千7百多次， h-指数为30。

摘 要：

Some current theoretical models for the structure of neutron stars are presented and confronted with observational data. In particular, the possible presence of hyperons and quark matter is explored.
